Road Reach
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 January 2026
These terms apply to the Road Reach pages and to every mobile LED billboard campaign booked through them. Road Reach is operated by Blue Agency. Where a signed campaign contract or booking confirmation says something different, that document wins.
1. The service
Road Reach displays advertising on LED screens mounted on vehicles that travel agreed areas of Egypt for a booked number of hours per day. A campaign includes the screen time, the driving, live GPS tracking and the live camera feed, and a report at the end.
2. Booking and confirmation
Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed campaign. A slot is held only once we confirm availability in writing and any agreed advance payment is received. Dates are allocated on a first-confirmed basis, and prices quoted on the site or in a rate card are indicative until confirmed for your specific dates.
3. Creative artwork
- Artwork must reach us in the format and resolution stated in the booking confirmation, and by the deadline given there. Late artwork does not extend the booked dates.
- You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything in the creative — footage, music, images, logos, names and claims — and that it complies with Egyptian advertising law.
- We may refuse or pull content that is illegal, misleading, obscene, defamatory, or that breaches a third party's rights.
- Political, religious, medical, pharmaceutical, tobacco, alcohol and gambling content is subject to prior approval and, where relevant, to the permits the authorities require.
4. Permits and compliance
We operate the vehicle in line with the traffic and outdoor advertising rules that apply to it. Where a specific route, area or campaign type needs a permit, running the campaign is conditional on that permit being granted. If an authority orders a route change or halts display, we will reschedule the affected time rather than treat it as delivered.
5. Routes, coverage and running hours
Routes and areas are agreed in advance and are indicative. Traffic, roadworks, closures, security instructions and weather can change a route on the day. Running hours are as stated in your booking — typically up to ten hours a day — measured as screen-on time on the agreed route.
Short interruptions for fuel, driver breaks, traffic and the legally required stops are part of normal operation and are not deducted from booked hours.
6. Tracking, streaming and reporting
Live GPS and the live camera feed are provided on a best-effort basis and depend on mobile network coverage and third-party platforms. A gap in the stream or the map is not, by itself, a failure to display your advertising, and campaign delivery is measured by the vehicle's operating record.
Impression figures in your report are modelled estimates built from route data and traffic density, not audited counts of viewers.
7. Payment
- Campaigns are booked against an advance payment, with the balance due as stated in the booking confirmation.
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds unless agreed otherwise and exclude VAT and any other applicable taxes.
- We may release an unconfirmed or unpaid slot to another advertiser.
8. Changes, cancellation and lost days
Ask us to move your dates as early as you can and we will do our best to reschedule into the next available slot, subject to availability.
Because this is a booked service that reserves a vehicle, a crew and specific days, cancellation charges apply on a sliding scale set out in your booking confirmation, and amounts covering days already run, work already performed and third-party costs already committed are non-refundable. There is no returns process — nothing is shipped and nothing comes back.
If a day is lost for a reason on our side — a vehicle fault, a screen failure, an operational cancellation — we make it up by rescheduling the equivalent screen time. Where the campaign has ended and rescheduling is genuinely impossible, we credit the value of the lost time.
9. Force majeure
Neither side is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including regulatory action, road closures, extreme weather, civil disruption and network outages. Affected time is rescheduled where it can be.
10. No guarantee of results
We guarantee the screen time, the route and the reporting we sold you. We do not guarantee sales, footfall, enquiries, reach or any other commercial outcome from your advertising.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a campaign is limited to the fees paid for that campaign, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost opportunity. You indemnify us against claims arising from the content you supplied.
12. Intellectual property
You keep the rights in your creative. You grant us the licence needed to display it during the campaign and to show recordings and photographs of the campaign in our own portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us in writing not to. The Road Reach name, the site and its content remain ours.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how booking data, GPS records and the live stream are handled, and forms part of these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent courts of Giza and Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
