Blue Agency

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 January 2026

This policy explains what Blue Agency collects when you visit blueagency-eg.com or contact us about a project, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the control you have over it. We keep it in plain language on purpose: a policy nobody can read protects nobody.

1. Who we are

Blue Agency is a branding and advertising agency operating from Giza, Egypt, with offices serving the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. We build brand identities, advertising campaigns, cinematic content, websites and social media programmes for clients across MENA.

For anything in this policy, write to info@blueagency-eg.com. We are the party responsible for the personal data described here.

2. Information you give us

Almost everything we hold about you, you typed into a form or sent us directly. That includes:

  • Contact form submissions — your name, brand or company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your country and your message.
  • Correspondence — emails, WhatsApp messages, calls and meeting notes relating to an enquiry or a live project.
  • Project materials — logos, copy, imagery, product information and any other assets you send us so we can do the work.
  • Billing details — the company name, address and tax information needed to raise an invoice.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records some technical information as you browse. This is aggregate traffic data, not a file on you by name.

  • Device and browser type, screen size, operating system and approximate location derived from your IP address (country and city level).
  • The pages you visited, how you arrived (search, social, direct or a campaign link) and how long you stayed.
  • Your language preference, stored in your browser so the site opens in the language you last chose.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand which pages and campaigns work. Both set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. We also use your browser's local storage for the language toggle, which is a preference rather than tracking.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's private mode, or install Google's opt-out add-on. The site keeps working without them; only the measurement stops.

5. How we use your information

  • To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and quote your project.
  • To deliver the work you engaged us for, and to communicate with you while we do it.
  • To raise invoices and keep the accounting records Egyptian law requires.
  • To measure how the site and our campaigns perform, so we can improve them.
  • To send you information about our services where you asked us to, or where you are an existing client and the message is relevant to work we do for you.

6. Legal basis for processing

Where Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 applies, we rely on your consent for marketing and analytics, on the performance of a contract for client work, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the business for the rest. Where you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we apply the equivalent bases under the GDPR.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. That does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

7. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not trade contact lists. We share information only with the parties that make the service work:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers who run this website and store its data.
  • Analytics and advertising platforms — Google and Meta — in the aggregated form described above.
  • Communication tools we use to reply to you, including email and WhatsApp.
  • Production partners, printers, media owners and freelancers working on your project, and only with what they need to do their part.
  • Professional advisers, auditors and authorities, where the law requires it.

8. International transfers

Some of the providers above process data outside Egypt. Where that happens we rely on the provider's own contractual safeguards and on the transfer terms published by those providers, and we limit what leaves the country to what the service genuinely needs.

9. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years, so we can pick up a conversation you restart. Client records, contracts and invoices are kept for the period Egyptian tax and commercial law requires. Analytics data follows the retention window set in the platform, which is currently fourteen months. When a record is no longer needed we delete it or anonymise it.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, access to client data is limited to the people working on the account, and administrative access is protected by individual credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the measures a business of our size reasonably can, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.

11. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what personal data we hold about you and why.
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
  • Delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
  • Stop using your data for marketing, or withdraw a consent you gave.
  • Provide a copy of the information you gave us in a portable format.

12. Children

Our services are sold to businesses, and this site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Links to other sites

Our pages link to client work, social profiles and partner platforms that we do not control. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies to what you do there.

14. Changes to this policy

When the way we work changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
